Has anyone fitted the new drive motors to a Panther G yet.
If so does part CPO205 need to be replaced with XMP150.

Yes. CP0205 is the motor mount for the brushed motor, XMP150 is the mount for the new system.

Unfortuntally I thought that may be the case. My Kit arrived in January, my option packs did not arrive till June.
As I could see no mention in the manual that there was a diffrent part for the motor mount, with the new motors, I continued to build the kit.
Lower hull completed with tracks fitted ready for options. So now looks like have to take apart again. To make matters worst I mistakenly used loctite 638 on the motor mounts , so any advice how to get the fixings out would be appericated.

A friend was in a similar situation with a Churchill recently
Two choices really. Heat to disable the Loctite or drill the heads off the mounting bolts.
Heat: I would heat the outer ends of the fasteners with a pencil flame torch or a powerful soldering iron, so that the heat is kept within the screw, for around 20 seconds, then try them with a strong well-fitting hex wrench. Keep repeating until they come free. You don't want to strip the heads, as then you'll have to drill them out anyway.
Drill: Use a 6mm or 7mm carbide tipped drill, run slowly and with lubrication, to remove the heads from the CSK bolts so that you can remove the mount. Ideally, you would use a left hand drill bit, as the heat from the drilling may disable the Loctite and then the left hand action of the drilling will unscrew the bolt.

Pencil flame torch on order, along with back up drill bit.
Having bench tested all the option packs was looking to at least getting the hull running around this weekend.
Tank building is clearly a marathon not a sprint
