Hi guys.
Did some just to calm down after work.
Did the engine hatch with rolled armor just fo fun.
I will redo the vents on it as they need the small circle and the dot on em and i think they need to be a little higher if i havent measured wrong.
Think im getting the hang of the Kent treatment and its alot of fun.
I just had to put some TS-3 on it to see how it worked out....AND im pleased
Hope you like it ¨

All the cred goes to my mentor Kent as he persuaded me to lay a little extra time on the surface treatment.
Im going to do the whole sides even thou im going to zimmerit it.
Just just so i can chip the zimm anywhere i want
I know i can mark out where to do it but why not go the full monty.
And as im going to paint it With TS-3 as they did in the days before so im going to as it is alot of fun to see the result just pop out.
Well assembly near finished on the hull whom awaits the testrun, so i have 3 wheels left and i actually put on all the details in the back and the sideskirts to just look at it and dream
Did some minor things wich came out great.
I countersunk the armorplates for the idler tensioners and hid the nuts in it so now i only have to remove 4 nuts and the whole thing is rapidly done to remove them..

Hi Freddy
Stunning work and I think the pupil has exceeded the teacher
Glad I inspired you to walk this path as it is my absolute believe our models deserve to have this attention to the surface issue.
I doubt you will regret going for it.
A bird whispered we soon will have yet another fellow Swede among us with a KT kit.
That will be the 12th Armortek kit ending up in "the most un-developed country of 1:6th rc tank in the world"
So with a population of only 9 million suddenly Sweden became the most Armortek intense country in the world - and I love it!

Yes i also heared the whisper about yet another one to sweden .
And thank you for the kind words all, fun to get the great response.
Triggers me even more
Im thinking of buying a panther or Jagd when this is up and running.
My wife will probably disagree but it will take some time thou, as i intend to wait for the next batch i guess. I have been so impressed with Bob and all the others panthers and Jadgs i just have to have one of my own .
Im also thrilled to see my things that i have ordered from Mike Stannard aswell.
Cant wait to do the first test run of this monster, even the neighbours that made me into the village idiot have started to pop in and go ...............OMG ITS BIG when is it ready.
Have to say its mostly adult males unfortunately. Where are the chicks!!!!
bye for tonite

Hi again guys.
Have been busy with 3 stubborn roadwheels wich kept me sleepless as they were cavetating terribly. Not the wheels themselfs but the hubs wich the ballbearings is seated in were not centered.
Had to take them to Stefan konitzer to have them lathed. And man he is a pro craftsman Big Cheers Stefan!!!, he also showed me some of his fine work and solutions.
They can go on sale anytime !!!.
So now im soon on the road again with the model. Still some parts that Gill have sent that im waiting on to complete the hull but most things are painted and surfaced treated welded etc.
And this weekend we are having agather at my place, the swedes nearby is coming over for a cup and talk KT and my wife will probably leave us alone .
And i payed my option packs now and awaits them with eagering fingers to get Frankenstein to live
So when i come home ill take some more pics and post em.
Keep it up guys

Had to buy a new Canon eos 1000D so that i could get really good pics as my old gave in on me.

Impressing speed on your build Freddie!
Accurate and looking good as well.
One thing that bothers me...
With all that TS-3 already applied have you dropped the plan of making Von Rosen’s #300?
That one had zimmerit
And zimmerit was applied on top of the redoxide rustprotecting paint and not on the Dunkelgelbe base color (well some areas were different but more of that later in my Panther saga...)
Cheers
