Have Leo builder used Loctite 638 (or 648) to glue the rubber pad with the track pad?
I did so then clamped them for few hours. Very good result.
I am going to order more Loctite 638 / 648 .

638 has high viscosity and is perfect for shafts, gears, and similar cylindrical parts. 648 has low viscosity and is designed for bonding cylindrical fitting parts.
