Re: ARMORTEK OPEN DAY 2024
Great day out today, nice to meet everyone and run the Hetzer around after it's rebuild. I did, thanks to my own overconfidence, join the 'tank flippers' club but the damage was minor and quickly repaired.
Final irony though, as I was putting the Hetzer to bed I took the ramp into my shed a little off and one of the damn locking bushes let go again....dammit.

Re: ARMORTEK OPEN DAY 2024
It really was a great day out ! Thanks to all the Armortek team for the welcome, and especially the ladies for the refreshments .
I await the photos of me talking all the time to different people with some trepidation - my throat is still a bit sore !
Best wishes, all,
Chris (not, as everyone else seemed to be called, Steve )

Enjoyed the day. Picked up some good advice and ideas. Thanks to Adrian and Kian for sorting out my transmitter. Only a few touches of paint and my Stug III will be ready for Militracks next month.

Re: ARMORTEK OPEN DAY 2024
Many thanks to everyone who who came along to the Factory Open Day 2024 on Saturday - we had over 110 attendees with lots of fantastic models.
It was great to catch up with everyone and share stories/ challenges and gossip!
At the end of the event we had a group photo - unfortunately many attendees had already left. Next time, weather allowing, we will go for a mid day group photo.
(Sven - the professional - has much better photographs, but here are some to give you a flavour)
