HI JIm;
Colin here. Not actually in the USA although I can see it from my livingroom. I'm in BC Canada (Just southwest of Vancouver (Canada) / north of Washington state. I have a working Panzer III 2009 #082 for sale if you're interested. Sure we could work something out.

Cheers Colin

Hi Colin, sorry, I just saw this, apologize for the slow reply. I was hoping to find an unbuilt kit, but would like to see a pic or two if you have them? Thanks! JIM

Hi Jim; My tank is "built" but I would say far from finished. I just gave it a quick spray of a base coat over a metal primer - I was going to do a North African finish. That was several years ago but then we moved and lots of other things. I'm really a steamboat and steam car guy and I just got this as a winter thing having seen their stuff in the UK. Anyway I have all the manuals and finishing bits and bobs. You could easily strip it down and finish it the way you want.

I had it out running about this summer when the grandkids came to visit. I'll send you a video link later if you want. For now I've attached some photos.

Cheers Colin

Hi Colin, Thanks for the note and pic's, it looks like a nice build you did. I am going to shelve the whole idea for right now, too expensive on shipping and logistics and I did want to get a unbuilt kit if possible. Appreciate your responses. Tks! JIM

Hi Jim; Understand I was thinking of US$2700 Plus shipping from Blaine. I did not "finish off" the kit basically only primer and a base coat thus one could strip the whole thing down to the parts and rebuild with any modifacations etc one wants . Armortek kits are so well designed that this is possible. Can't say enough about the ease of assemble etc. My hobby background is making miniature Victorian steam engines , a full-size victorian steam launch and full size 1899 Stanley Steam Car. I only got into Armortek by chance. Tanks etc are more my brother's thing - he make museum grade models.

Anyway think it over, one never knows.

Cheers Colin
