Hello Robert,
Good idea with the jig, Just be carful with 480 you don't get any glue between the tyre and jig or it will stick them both together, Forever.
Quick question on one or your last posts, The picture with the suspension arms/axles all fitted, is that the angle you have set them all at !!!,

Hello Robert,

I use tie straps to secure the rubber rings on the wheels.

Best regards Yves

Small update on the sprocket wheels.
I had to wait forever for my castle nuts and other hobby screws.

My friend Christoffer A here in Sweden, did help me with making M3 screws with the correct scale head.
These are the ones that hold the brass washer.

After that I made new hubcaps, so that the brass cover plate hides the M3 screw.

After looking at many pictures and many books about JagdPanther, I found a small detail I wanted to do on my hubcaps.
Many thanks to my friends who helped me measure the diameter of that hole.
There were a few holes to drill, but it's like therapy to do this.

Have a nice day to you all.

Small update in the wrong order.
I decided to be able to screw my hubcaps on with all the washers.
So I used my lathe to make inserts, and drilled and tapped the holes for the hubcaps.

Have a nice panzer time :D

]hello.
incredible details added to your Jagd.
Just beware, on every picture i've seen , the locking tab are oblique on the wheel, probably due to the fact that when tightening the nut, the bolt head was rotating, then the tab came in contact with the side of the rim and blocking the screw, enabling to finish the tightening (so you do not need to holt the bolt head)

Regards
Didier

I don't see this detail on every wheel? Does anyone know if they came from factory with this flange on every wheel nut? Or just certain wheel stations? Lots of images without the flanges.
Just curious?
